		<description>I agree that social media is about engagement. And, when you think about it, so is email and phone calls--both can be one to many or one on one. Who ones email, phone calls? The answer is: depends on who they&#039;re to and what they&#039;re about. 

I think social media is just another communication vehicle--albeit rich, far-reaching and real-time. So when a customer complains in a tweet, where&#039;s customer service? Or an industry analyst blogs on their personal blog about technology, where&#039;s AR? 

Engagement, yes. Owners: everyone.</description>
